Emmanuel Obeng Dekyi’s role as a Project Officer focuses on Landscapes and Livelihood initiatives. His expertise includes capacity building for local communities, resource management, conflict resolution, and co-management of fisheries resources. He has been involved in projects that empower resource users, such as those within the Ada Clam Fisheries, to co-manage clam resources and resolve conflicts. His responsibilities also encompass building local community capacity in forest conservation, implementing Village Savings and Loans programs, and monitoring changes in forest cover using participatory approaches. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from the University of Cape Coast.
