Kofi Agbogah has 30 years of experience working in fisheries, environmental and coastal management; covering research and development, extension, consultancy, teaching and management.
In the last ten years, he has been instrumental in the implementation of the USAID Coastal and Fisheries support projects in Ghana. He has served in the positions of Deputy Chief of Party and Chief of Party and the Fisheries Advisor to the USAID Sustainable Fisheries Management Project.
Kofi has directed high level technical teams to research and provide advice on fisheries and coastal governance issues in Ghana and working closely with government, fisheries industry, traditional authorities, private sector and other stakeholder institutions.
He holds an MSc degree in Environmental Science and Technology from UNESCO-IHE, Delft/The Netherlands and a BSc from the University of Ghana.
